Summary
Ben has almost 20 years’ experience developing and commercialising optimisation based information systems. He has worked with some of the largest companies in Australia and around the world.
Ben has worked in a diverse range of industries including: passenger, freight and bulk rail operations; terminal operations; transportation logistics; traffic management; telecommunications; utilities; finance; sport; social services; health; marine; manufacturing and mining.
Prior to working at Polymathian Ben held a range of positions, including CEO, Head Mathematician, Product Development Leader, Algorithms Specialist at various companies including Opcom, Carmen Systems and Boeing.
Ben has a passion for applied mathematics and operations research and the benefits it can bring to people, business and society.
