One of our newest products, GEAR will be showcased at this year's awards which are being held in Brisbane for the first time. GEAR is a prescriptive maintenance tool that uses industrial mathematics to optimise scheduling of maintenance events while adhering to asset management strategies, resource and budgeting constraints, and safety thresholds. In short, it provides improved resource allocation, fast solve times and system-wide optimisation to name a few features.
In the field, GEAR has proven to optimise maintenance shut calendar considering; compliance, safety thresholds, and system constraints while also reducing peak workforce periods by redistributing maintenance activities and reducing manual planning efforts by utilising an automated tool that is integrated with the client’s existing systems.
