Team Achievements – Mitchell Grice

Well done Mitchell Grice on your presentation at the QUT Dean's Scholars Industry Night!

Last night, Polymathian was represented at the QUT Dean's Scholars Industry Night by Mitchell Grice, our engineering manager. The Dean's Scholarship program was established in 2001 for QUT STEM students with the highest academic results. Faculty’s Executive Dean, Professor Gordon Wyeth's vision for the program is to develop future leaders who think outside the box and are equipped with a combination of skills and knowledge to guide organisations through our increasingly complex industry landscape. Only students who maintain excellent grades are permitted to apply for the scholarship program and membership is restricted to the top 1% of students studying in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

The scholar's industry night was arranged for this exclusive group to provide networking and professional development opportunities within industries. Mitchell has been with Polymathian for just over 4 years and is a valuable asset to the company, working with a number of our products. As part of his presentation, Mr. Grice gave invaluable advice to attendees on how to be desirable to hiring teams as well as the value of industry experience to augment their university study.

"It was a pleasure to speak with QUT's best and brightest, hearing some remarkable stories and giving advice for their futures after university." - Mitchell Grice

Polymathian are experts in Industrial Mathematics and are working at the forefront of advanced analytics. We are thrilled to have been given the opportunity to speak to this elite group of aspiring STEM leaders and look forward to seeing where their future careers take them.
